eaststrikewest - w o l v v e s


eaststrikewest are a 6-piece band from Essex, UK. This is their debut album, released last month. A record that is a remarkable 35 minutes of progressive and stunning combination of indie, post-rock and shoegaze. Epic and cinematic in feel, w o l v v e s rewards the listener with its expansive soundscapes and ethereal melodies. Highly recommended!

Sonic Flower - Sonic Flower

Sonic Flower is a side project of Japanese Band Church of Misery. Formed in Tokyo, their music is a mixture of stoner rock, psychedelic groove, funk, progressive and even doom metal. This is their first, and only, album so far, released in 2003. Really good album. Recommended for Kyuss fans!

Phideaux - Doomsday Afternoon

Phideaux is a progressive rock band from the USA, led by Xavier Phideaux. Their music is also influenced by psychedelic and gothic rock, complimented for capturing the essence of classic rock. Doomsday afternoon is their best album in my opinion. Really good!

Eksperimentoj - eksperimentoj

Eksperimentoj is a progressive rock band from Japan formed in May 2002. This is their first album released in January 2007 through Hurricane Records. Their sound is a fusion of post-rock and progressive rock which they call "sound art". The name "eksperimentoj" means "experiments" in Esperanto.
